I booked few hours ahead to get the 50% off food on Mondays. If you hate your job so much please look for a new one and stop ruining the atmosphere and reputation of what once was a great place to visit! Please smile, please be kind and please be pleasant to those who are choosing to spend their money with you. The staff member in question was male and works regularly behind the bar. We have unfortunately been at the end of one particular staff members awful rudeness, arrogance and damn right unpleasentness on two occassions - I have never been made to feel so uncomfortable by a staff member in my life, we are dining, drinking and enjoying our evening and wanted to leave immediately.

Given the current economy I would think the staff would be making the most of each customer who has decided to walk through their door, treat them kindly and be thankful that we have chosen their venue out of all of the competition that Manchester has to offer.

I love nothing more than supporting local business in Manchester, seeing so many recently closing is heartbreaking and is leaving alot of people questioning what the future of Manchesters bar and restaurant industry is going to look like in years to come.
